Burnout Paradise is coming to PC
Criterion Games has announced that Burnout Paradise, currently only available for Xbox 360 and PS3, will also be available on PC. This seems to be the first Burnout title for the Windows platform to become a fact.
According to the game developer, the PC version will have exclusive online and multiplayer functionality. The game will also be open to contributions from players, such as mods. There is no release date for the PC edition of Burnout Paradise yet, so reports video gamer.
The console editions of Burnout Paradise were released in January this year and were well received by the press and players alike. The game was the first Burnout that allowed users to freely roam around the fictional city of Paradise City. Sales also went smoothly; in April, Criterion Games announced that the title has sold more than a million copies.
