BlackBerry will release update for BlackBerry 10 operating system next month
BlackBerry will release version 10.3.3 of its mobile operating system next month. The Canadian smartphone maker says that a new update will follow for BlackBerry 10 next year. The most recent device with the OS is from the end of 2014.
According to BlackBerry, the update is mainly aimed at security and privacy and does not contain changes in, for example, APIs, the company said earlier. That the release will take place next month, according to a statement that the Canadian smartphone maker gave to Crackberry. It also shows that BlackBerry no longer produces the Classic smartphone.
This year, 10.3.3 will remain the only update. The next update, which is currently known as 10.3.4, should come next year.
