Biostar Introduces Racing Series Motherboards
Biostar has announced three motherboards in its new Racing series. The Z170GT7, H170GT3 and B150GT5 are made for gamers and should distinguish themselves with a ‘race’ look and adjustable lighting.
The three motherboards are built around Intel’s Z170 and B150 chipsets with the LGA1151 socket. The Z170GT7 has a nine-phase power supply, USB-C and four PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots. In addition, there is an m2 connection. The H170GT3 also has this connection, but has a seven-phase power supply and two PCI-e x16 slots. The B150GT5 lacks the m2 interface.
Biostar has added racing design elements to the three boards. There is also lighting that can be set in 256 colors. Using Vivid Led DJ, the lighting can respond to music and 5050 LED strips can also be connected to headers on the motherboards. GT Touch buttons on the motherboards allow you to switch between a high-performance Sports mode and an energy-efficient Eco mode. The prices and exact release dates have not yet been announced by Biostar.
