Bethesda Softworks has Warner Bros. and Behavior Interactive sued. Bethesda worked with Behavior on the mobile game Fallout Shelter in the past, but parts of that game would have ended up in Behavior’s Westworld game.

According to Bethesda, publisher Warner Bros. and game studio Behavior Interactive stole designs and code from Fallout Shelter and used it for the Westworld mobile game. TMZ reports this based on documents from the lawsuit.

Bethesda hired Behavior Interactive in 2014 to work on Fallout Shelter. In 2016, Behavior began development of the Westworld mobile game, commissioned by Warner Bros. As proof that Behavior used code from Fallout Shelter for Westworld, Bethesda points out that bugs from its mobile game are returning in the game for the science fiction series.

Bethesda is now claiming a portion of the profits from the parties it is suing and the publisher wants the game no longer offered.
