Bethesda announces Hunted: The Demon’s Forge

Bethesda has announced that it will release Hunted: The Demon’s Forge. The game is being developed by inXile Entertainment. The game will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. A release date is still unknown.

Hunted: The Demon’s Forge is an action game with an emphasis on cooperative gameplay. The game is being developed by inXile Entertainment and will be released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Publisher Bethesda has not yet announced a release date. It is clear that Hunted: The Demon’s Forge is played in a third-person perspective and that the game will be based on the Unreal 3 Engine.

Hunted: The Demon’s Forge offers a choice of two playable characters. E’lara is an expert at long-range weapons, while Caddoc specializes in close combat. This combination is essential in defeating different types of enemies in the dark dungeons of the game world. Good cooperation between E’lara and Caddoc is also important when solving various puzzles.

Development studio inXile Entertainment was founded in 2002 by Brian Fargo, known for the Baldur’s Gate series and various Fallout games. Fargo is overseeing the development of Hunted: The Demon’s Forge; Michael Kaufman acts as game director. Kaufman was previously involved as art director in the development of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
