Be quiet will release its Dark Rock Pro 5 and Dark Rock Elite coolers in two weeks. The German manufacturer announced this on Tuesday. The Dark Rock Pro 5 costs €99.90 upon release, while the Elite variant has a suggested retail price of €114.90.

Be quiet reports in a press release that the two new processor coolers will be available from Tuesday, October 24. The Dark Rock Pro 5 will be the successor to the current Dark Rock Pro 4, while the Dark Rock Elite will be a completely new product, the manufacturer reports.

Both coolers get a new design and updated Silent Wings fans with an integrated speed switch. This allows users to choose between a ‘quiet’ and a ‘performance’ mode. The Dark Rock Pro 5 also has a front fan that is height-adjustable, the manufacturer reports. The Dark Rock Elite, in turn, has integrated Arb LEDs and a removable cover on the top, which should simplify installation. The Dark Rock Elite’s front fan mounts with rails for better compatibility with memory modules.

Be quiet announced both coolers in August at the Gamescom fair in Cologne, but the manufacturer did not yet share a concrete release date or recommended prices.
