Asus releases ZenBook Flip in Benelux with Core m3 for 999 euros
Asus will release its ZenBook Flip UX360CA in June in the Benelux for a suggested retail price of 999 euros. One configuration appears, with Intel Core m3-6Y30 processor, 8GB ram and 256GB SSD. The device is based on the ZenBook design and has a screen that can rotate 360 degrees.
At the end of March, the Asus ZenBook UX360CA appeared on the manufacturer’s website. At the time, it was not yet known which model would appear in the Benelux and at what price. Asus has now announced that the Flip will be available from June 10.
The ZenBook UX360CA has a 13.3″ screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The chiclet keyboard has 1.5mm travel and when the screen is flipped, the keyboard and touchpad lock automatically. Initially one configuration appears and the ZenBook UX360CA is only available in the color ‘mineral grey’ More models should appear later, including with core i-cpus. When these models will come is not yet known.
There are two USB 3.0 connections on the housing and a USB 3.1 port with a type-c connector. An external display can be connected via micro-hdmi 1.4. The battery has a capacity of 56Whr and the housing weighs 1300 grams. Asus supplies the device with Windows 10 and the manufacturer puts an adapter in the box to convert a USB port into an Ethernet connection.
