ASUS releases business version ROG NUC as NUC 14 Performance
ASUS has shown a business variant of the ROG NUC at the Taiwanese Computex fair. The NUC 14 Performance is the same as the ROG version in terms of hardware, but has exchanged the game design with RGB elements for a more business-like design.
The NUC 14 Performance is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 or 9 processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 or 4060 video card. In addition, this next unit of compute supports up to 64GB DDR5 memory. A total of five 4k screens can be connected to the NUC 14 Performance. The mini PC has a completely black casing, without an RGB-lit ROG logo. The ROG NUC with RGB lighting remains for sale.
The mini PC still has a volume of 2.5 liters. On the back there are two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, 1 HDMI 2.1 connection, two DisplayPort 1.4a ports, a Thunderbolt 4 port and a 2.5Gb Ethernet port. On the front there is an SD Express memory card reader, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack and another two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports. There is also Wi-Fi 6E and Realtek ALC256 audio.
