Asus introduces ROG Strix Impact mouse for gamers

Asus comes with a new wired mouse in the ROG Strix series for gamers. The Impact has a 5000dpi sensor and Omron switches that can withstand up to fifty million clicks, according to the manufacturer. The mouse has RGB LEDs with support for Aura Sync.

Thanks to Aura Sync, the mouse’s lighting effects can be synchronized with other products that have the same technology, such as video cards, housings and motherboards. The lighting effects can be set from the included ROG Armory software.

The ROG Strix Impact is connected via USB 2.0 and has dimensions of 115x62x39mm. The mouse weighs 91 grams, excluding cable. It is an ambidextrous mouse, so suitable for both left and right-handers.

There is a switch on the mouse with which the sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted. This allows you to choose between two sensitivities and an indicator light shows which of the two the mouse is set to. According to Asus Benelux, the gaming mouse will be available from next week for a price around 55 euros.
