ASRock will probably come with RX 6700 and RX 6600 XT video cards. This is evident from a registration with the Eurasian Economic Commission. The video cards will have 6GB and 12GB of memory respectively. It is not yet known if and when the GPUs will be released.

The EEC registrations were published on Friday, also noticed Twitter user Komachi_Ensaka on. The listing mentions, among other things, four different RX 6600 XT GPUs with 12GB of memory. That’s the first time that model name pops up. According to the EEC registration, an RX 6700 6GB will also appear, which seems to have less video memory than the 6600 XT. Besides the amount of GDDR6 memory, no details are known about the video cards yet. For example, it is not known how many compute units the GPUs have. The amount of Infinity Cache is also unknown.

The page also lists various AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB video cards. There have been rumors for some time about this video card, which would have a Navi 22 GPU with 40 compute units. According to the same rumors, AMD is also coming with an RX 6700 12GB, although it is not listed on the EEC page. It is also possible that RX 6700 video cards with 12GB memory and variants with 6GB vram will be released. AMD has not officially announced its RX 6700 and RX 6600 video cards yet. However, the manufacturer confirmed that it will release new RDNA 2 video cards in the first half of this year. Andreas Schilling of Hardware Luxx confirmed the arrival of a Radeon RX 6700 XT in that period, based on its own sources.

A registration with the EEC does not guarantee that the product will actually come out. Although EEC registrations have proven to be a reliable source of information in the past, some GPUs have also been registered recently that have not been released. Last year, for example, a GeForce RTX 3060 12GB and an RTX 3080 Ti 20GB from Nvidia appeared at that approval authority. The first has since been introduced and will be released at the end of this month, but the RTX 3080 Ti 20GB has not yet appeared. According to recent rumors, Nvidia has replaced this GPU internally with another RTX 3080 Ti with 12GB video memory and slightly fewer CUDA cores.
