Apple Watch Nike+ launching October 28
The Nike version of the Apple Watch will be available on October 28, the smartwatch manufacturer has announced. The Apple Watch Nike+ has a special bracelet and custom watch faces. The price is the same as the regular Apple Watch 2.
The new version of the Apple Watch 2 had already been announced, but no release date had been announced yet. On its webpage, the Cupertino company has now announced that the Nike variant will be available on October 28.
One of the differences with the regular Apple Watch 2 is that the bracelet has holes, intended to allow sweat to pass through. The Apple Watch Nike+ is designed to be used during sports. There is also special software on board that can track sports performance, with an emphasis on running.
The Apple Watch Nike+ is asking 439 euros. That’s the same price Apple charges for the regular version of the Apple Watch 2.
