Apple releases iOS 12.1.1 with button to switch between cameras in FaceTime

Apple has released version 12.1.1 of its iOS mobile operating system. In the new version, users can switch cameras with a press of a button during a Facetime call, something that required several steps up to now.

Users can also create Live Photos after the update during FaceTime conversations, according to the changelog that 9to5Mac put online . Users of a month and a half ago iPhone XR can press notifications long after the update to simulate the functions of 3D Touch. The XR does not have a 3D Touch.

The update also gives iOS support for the Apple Watch’s function to take an ‘ecg’ from users, but an update of watchOS, 5.1.2 is still required. It is not finished yet. Users of compatible iPhones and iPads can download the update over-the-air. Apple has also released macOS 10.14.2, including bug fixes for the MacBook Pro’s problems with external displays.
