Apple invites media to event on September 9

Apple sent out invites on Thursday for an event on Wednesday, September 9 in San Francisco. The invitation itself was decorated with the text “Hey Siri, give us a hint.”. The event will be streamed live via Apple’s hls technology.

The rumors have been buzzing for a long time. The release of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s plus is anticipated. According to rumors, it would be phones equipped with Force Touch, a sturdier aluminum housing, an A9 processor, 2GB of RAM and an improved camera.

There are also rumors that Apple will announce the next-generation Apple TV. The new set-top box would have a fresh appearance, an A8 processor, more storage space, a new remote control with touch-sensitive parts, new software and extensive Siri integration.

The release dates of iOS 9 and watchOS 2 are also likely to be announced. In the meantime, Apple owners can have fun with Siri by asking questions like, “Siri, give me a hint.”
