AOC provides 23.6″ monitor with UHD resolution

AOC has announced the U2477PWQ. The monitor combines a screen diagonal of 23.6 inches with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. The screen with pls panel has a suggested retail price of 499 euros.

The pixel density of the 23.6″ screen is thanks to the UHD resolution at 187ppi. The screen contains a panel that can display 100 percent of the sRGB color spectrum and that is of the pls type, which makes it clear that Samsung is the manufacturer. AOC has equipped the U2477PWQ with hdmi 2.0 and displayport 1.2.There is also support for mhl 3.0, with which images from a smartphone or tablet can be displayed.

The maximum brightness is 300cd/m² and the gray-to-gray response time is 4ms. Users can adjust the screen 130mm in height and it can also be tilted five degrees forwards and 23 degrees backwards. AOC charges a suggested retail price of 499 euros for the U2477PWQ. The model should be available this month.
