Anticheat FaceIT gets Linux version, enables Steam Deck support
The anti-cheating software platform FaceIT will receive a version that supports Linux, meaning that games with this software will also work on the Steam Deck, the developer of BattleBit Remastered reports. The shooter will be the first game that FaceIT will get for Linux.
The developer originally used FaceIT anti-cheat, switched to Easy Anti-Cheat and recently announced that BattleBit Remastered would be moving back to FaceIT. The latter software, on the other hand, does not yet support Linux, which means that the Steam Deck will no longer be supported.
