A lot of information has leaked around the details of the World War I shooter Battlefield 1. The information comes from a player with access to the game’s alpha from DICE. The player managed to extract information about both the single player and multiplayer campaigns.

The alpha player, nicknamed Lobix300 on Reddit, says he extracted the information from the game by using data mining to view the files. The files would show that the game consists of seven episodes, starting with a prologue: episode 0. Each episode consists of several chapters. The titles of some episodes are also known, such as ‘Friends in High Places’ and ‘Avanti Savoia’.

From the subtitles of the single player campaign, the alpha player has, among other things, managed to extract names of various figures from the game, such as Pritchard, Mcmanus, Finch, Townsend and Edward. He suspects that these are not all names yet. The alpha player also leaked dog tags, a weapon list and a list of gadgets, such as what a Medic or scout can carry.

The list of names of the different maps gives away a lot when it comes to the locations of the battles. In addition, there are seven different multiplayer game modes and an unclear “Behemoth” mode. The other modes are more famous, such as Rush, Conquest, Team Deathmatch, Breakthrough, Domination, Possession and Air Superiority.

The entire list of names of found files can be found on Reddit. There will be an open beta ‘later this summer’.
