Alienware comes with a thin and light gaming laptop

Laptops for gamers are often fat samples of devices because they have to have very powerful hardware to play the latest games. However, it is becoming increasingly better in this respect, with the Alienware m15 as the most recent example. This is even a fairly thin and light laptop, while the device is really for hardcore gamers.

The Alienware m15 is equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i5-8300H or six-core i7- 8750H processor. For the graphics, there is an (overclocked) NVIDIA GTX1060 or 1070 Max-Q. The cheapest version of the m15 has a 60Hz 1080p screen, while there are also more expensive versions with a 144Hz 1080p or 60Hz 4K screen. The maximum amount of memory is 16 GB.

According to Dell, which Alienware is part of, the battery lasts in the m15 to 7.1 hours when playing video. With an optional larger battery that is 10.6 hours.

The Alienware m15 is available from October 25 and costs $ 1,299.
