Aerocool announces Aero-1000 case for gamers
The Taiwanese manufacturer Aerocool is making a new housing available for gamers. The midtower offers space for water cooling and should distinguish itself with its airflow properties in combination with the design.
The Aero-1000 is part of the new PGS-A series where the A stands for airflow. In terms of water cooling, the midtower offers space for a radiator with a thickness of 45 mm at the front and a 120 mm radiator at the rear. In addition, there is space in a compartment at the top of the housing for a 240mm or 280mm radiator with a thickness of 35mm. The Aero-1000 comes standard with two 120mm fans on the front and a 120mm fan on the rear; In addition, there is room for two more fans.
The case supports the use of CPU coolers with a maximum height of 170mm, power supplies with a length of up to 220mm and video cards of 410mm. For the latter, a 3.5″ HDD cage must be removed. There is room in the case for a total of five 3.5″ drives and seven 2.5″ storage media. Rubber must be the 3.5″ -HDDs protect against knocks and vibrations, and there is a dust filter for the power supply. Pre-drilled holes with rubber seal should make cable management easier.
The housing will be available in white and black and will have a suggested retail price of 79.90 euros in the Benelux.
