Adobe will stop syncing Creative Cloud files through the local Creative Cloud Files folder next year. The feature will stop first for personal users and later for business users.

From February 1, 2024 Adobe users with a free or paid personal subscription no longer sync Creative Cloud files through the local Creative Cloud Files folder. For corporate accounts the change will take effect on October 1, 2024.

So, starting from the two dates mentioned, files stored in the local Creative Cloud Files folder will no longer be copied to the cloud storage. From then on, users will no longer have access to synced folders and files shared with other users. Alternatively, Adobe recommends using Creative Cloud Libraries to collaborate on files in apps like Photoshop, Illustrator and Fresco.
