Adobe is experiencing outages on Creative Cloud. Among other things, the download service does not work and users cannot log in to the service. The fault appears to have arisen after performing maintenance work.

The status of the failures on Adobe’s payment service, which occur worldwide, can be seen on a service page of the software manufacturer, among other things. For example, there are problems with the user account service, upgrades or purchases for Creative Cloud products cannot be made, and the Download Center is not working.

The problems on Creative Cloud arose after the website stated that maintenance was being performed. The IT Pro Portal website has learned from some of its readers that Adobe customer service is taking at least 24 hours to resolve the outage.

Despite the worldwide outage on various Creative Cloud services, subscribers can still use the various packages, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. It is not yet clear whether Adobe will compensate customers for the outage.
