Achievements point to possible release of GoldenEye 007 on Xbox One

A list of Xbox achievements has been released for the classic GoldenEye 007 that could indicate that GoldenEye 007 is coming to Xbox One. It concerns a total of 55 achievements with accompanying images. An Xbox game thumbnail has also surfaced.

Twitter user Wario64 reports about this, who often manages to track down these kinds of things. In November, he discovered a remaster of Alan Wake in a Japanese web store. Wario64 now shares screenshots from a list of 55 achievements, which can be found on True Achievements and Exophase. It would be Xbox achievements for GoldenEye007, according to Exophase for the Xbox One.

Wario64 does not have more details than the screenshots, and the news has not been confirmed by Microsoft or developer Rare. Still, it is not unlikely that a port of GoldenEye 007 will appear for the Xbox One. The game, which came out in 1997, was taken off a blacklist in Germany in November from media allegedly harmful to children and young people, along with BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2. Of the latter two, that happened just as a remaster was released. of the two titles were announced for Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. Developer Rare confirmed that they were working on the game, but a whole list of parties had to agree to the remaster: Nintendo, Microsoft, Rare, Activision, production company Eon and the actors portrayed in the game.
