Acer presents monitors with OLED screen
Acer has announced two Predator screens at the CES electronics fair. The largest is a 45″ display with curvature. The OLED screen has a resolution of 3440×1440 pixels. The smaller 27″ monitor is flat and has a 16:9 screen with 2560×1440 pixels.
The Predator X45 markets Acer as a monitor for gamers and has an 800R curvature. The OLED screen can display up to 1000 candelas per square meter and has a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.01ms. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync for variable refresh rates.
The monitor has an HDMI port with HDMI 2.0 and two USB-C connections with Thunderbolt 4 support. There is also a MicroSD reader in the case. According to Acer, it can handle PCs and consoles. It also has a KVM switch for switching.
The Predator X27 has all of that too, but exchanges the curved OLED screen for a flat 27″ model with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. The X27 will be released in the spring for 1099 euros, the X45 will be released around the same period and will cost 1799 euros. cost.
