Acer presents first tablet with Chrome OS
Acer has presented the first tablet with Chrome OS. The Chromebook Tab 10 has a 9.7″ screen with 4:3 ratio and a built-in stylus. It has been known for some time that the device was coming.
The stylus has a place at the bottom of the tablet and is from Wacom. Users do not have to charge them. Acer has made the tablet for schools, which work a lot with Chrome OS in the United States, Google writes. Acer will also sell the tablet to consumers.
The 9.7″ LCD of the Chromebook Tab 10 has a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. The processor is a Rockchip OP1 soc, about which little is known. The Samsung Chromebook Plus and Asus Chromebook Flip C101 have the same processor.
