Download Call of Duty: World at War Multiplayer Beta

Game developer Treyarch has released the first playable demo of Call of Duty: World at War. The demo has been made available as a multiplayer demo and can only be played after this page is completed, after which a CD-key is sent to the specified e-mail address. A number of mirror servers are here where the multiplayer demo can be downloaded. World at War is set during World War II, with the Allies fighting in Asia and the Russian army leading the battle towards Berlin. The multiplayer demo can be played until the official release of Call of Duty 5, according to the developers. Below are Treyarch’s notes from World at War posted:

Through the Multiplayer Beta, players will experience Call of Duty: World at War’s new multiplayer features including:

• Addictive class based multiplayer action
• Vehicle Combat
• persistent stats
• Player rankings
• Upgradeable weapons
• Squad based gameplay
