Download VLC Media Player 1.1.0 RC
The developers of VideoLAN have released a release candidate of VLC Media Player version 1.1.0. This open source and cross platform media player can play a variety of audio, video and streaming formats without having to install the appropriate codec. VLC Media Player is available for Windows 2000 and above, Linux, Mac OS X, and BSD; older versions are also available for Windows 9x, BeOS, Morphos, and Windows CE, among others. The main improvements that version 1.1.0 brings are listed below.
