Zotac equips Zbox Nano mini PC with Intel Core i3 processor

Zotac has added the MI521 to its Zbox Nano XS series, a mini PC equipped with an Intel Core i3 4030U processor. 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 are also present in the compact housing of the MI521.

The dual-core CPU in the Zbox MI521 Nano XS is clocked at 1.9GHz and has an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 GPU. DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMMs of up to 8GB can be placed in the two memory slots, good for 16GB of RAM. An SSD can be attached to the msata interface.

Zotac has equipped the MI521 with 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 as standard. A card reader and a gigabit Ethernet port are also not missing. An HDMI and a mini displayport output are available for the audio and video output, while two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports are available in the box.

As with other Zbox models, Zotac also supplies a Plus version, where the mini PC is equipped with 4GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD. The prices of the MI521 have not yet been announced.
