Cooler Master has announced the Novatouch TKL keyboard. The keyboard uses a capacitive mechanism that, according to the manufacturer, allows keystrokes to be recognized more accurately and faster.

According to Cooler Master, the Novatouch TKL uses a capacitive switch for each key that would spring back three times faster than the keys on a regular keyboard. This would allow the user to tap faster and more comfortably. In addition, the keyboard features anti-ghosting technology to increase input accuracy, and the keys are compatible with single Cherry MX keys.

The keyboard, which must be connected to a PC via a USB 2.0 cable, has a polling rate of 1MHz and a 128KB buffer. Cooler Master says the keyboard is aimed at both gamers and professionals. Despite this, the numerical part that can be found on a normal keyboard is missing. The Novatouch TKL should be launched in Europe in November. The price is not known yet.
