It adds a start button and a start menu to Windows 8 and 10, which work as they did in Windows 7 and earlier. Both the appearance and the functionality can be completely adjusted to personal taste. The version with a plus at the end is for Windows 8.1, The version without a plus is suitable for Windows 8. If the program has a double plus at the end, it can be used on Windows 10.
