Download Pixelcryptor 1.2
In most cases you need a password to encrypt data, but not everyone can come up with a ‘secure’ password. For example, the first name, date of birth or pet name of the person himself, partner or children are often used who, with a handy sample social engineering can be traced back. The Pixelcryptor program has taken the approach to replace the password with an image because it can contain more information and is generally easier to remember. The bit data of the image is used as a key to encrypt the data, so that the capabilities of one pixel with a color depth of 24 bits correspond to over 87,000 characters from the ansi character set. The developers released Pixelcryptor 1.2 few days ago and provided the following changes:
Version 1.2:
- Improved: Enormous speed boost in encoding/decoding
- Improved: Better memory management
- Fixed: Bug fixes related to the file view
- Added: New installation process
