AOC introduces 27″ monitor for gamers

AOC has introduced a game monitor with a 27” LCD, a response time of 1ms and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen of the g2770Pqu has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a maximum brightness of 300cd/m².

With its 27” screen, the g2770Pqu is the largest in AOC’s Style Line series. According to AOC, the screen is especially suitable for gamers who want to play from a slightly greater distance than usual, such as from the couch. The monitor has VGA, DVI, HDMI and Displayport connections, and contains four USB ports, two of which are USB 3.0. A 2-watt speaker is also built into the monitor.

Furthermore, the g2770Pqu has MHL support, allowing Android tablets and smartphones to be connected, and a contrast of 1000:1. The screen can be rotated ninety degrees to portrait position and the tilt angle is thirty degrees. The dimensions of the whole are 642.4x244x556mm and the height of the monitor is adjustable up to 130mm. The AOC g2770Pqu has a suggested retail price of 419 euros and will be available from July.
