Download µTorrent 2.0 build 17920 RC5

Last Monday, the fifth release candidate of µTorrent version 2.0 was released with build number 17920. µTorrent is a very complete BitTorrent client that hardly loads the memory and processor, and the size of the program is also minimal. The main improvement in version 2.0 is the support for uTP, a way of data transport that focuses on high reliability and minimal latencies. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Version 2.0 RC5 (Build 17920)

Change:

• Update TCP/IP overhead estimate

Fix:

• Handle wrapping in uTP timestamps
• Crash in setup dialog when dialog is exited before server list is downloaded.

Version 2.0 RC4 (Build 17875)

Change:

• Speedguide does not prompt for user selection if geolocated server list fetch successful
• Added second upload and download graphs that include the estimated TCP/IP overhead

Fix:

• Folder icons for add torrent in Windows 7
• Rate limiting problem when using calc_overhead and switching between unlimited and rate limited upload or download
• GUI issue where some strings would be truncated for some translations
• Flags in peers tab
• Broken toolbar images if Windows theme is changed
