LG G Watch is waterproof and screen is always on
The LG G Watch will be dust and waterproof and has a screen that is always on. That has manufacturer LG announced. The smartwatch is one of the first models with Android Wear, a release of Google’s mobile operating system made for wearables.
The watch will come on the market in black and gold, according to a site about LG’s wearable. The screen is also always on, unlike many other smartwatches on the market now. It is unknown which screen technology the manufacturer uses.
The G Watch will cost less than 220 euros and will be in stores this summer. The smartwatch is one of the first models with Android Wear, a release of Google’s mobile operating system for smart watches, among other things. The OS is focused on passing on notifications and information from Google Now.
LG already announced the watch in March, but did not disclose any details about the specifications and also lacked exact information about release and price. Those details will likely come out at Google’s developer conference I/O in late June.
