Download Notepad++ 5.6.2

Notepad++ has been updated to version 5.6.2. This comprehensive text editor contains various features that are especially useful for programmers, such as syntax highlighting for C, C++, Java, html, XML and php, among others. It also offers the possibility to edit multiple documents at the same time or even maintain one document in two different places. Version 5.6.2 is a so-called maintenance release and contains the following minor changes:

Notepad++ v5.6.2 new features and fixed bugs (from v5.6.1):

• Fix the Unicode localization file display problem.
• Update templat localization file (english.xml) to v5.6.1.
• Fix tag highlighting bug while disabling indent guide lines.
• Fix the translated sub menu entries applying on the menu item.
• Display more information while catching of plugins crash.
