Download Firmware Sony PlayStation 3 3.10

Sony has released a new firmware for the PlayStation 3 with version number 3.10. New in that firmware is that photos are now displayed in a grid. Furthermore, it is now possible to make a connection with FaceBook, for example to automatically mention trophies there. With the new firmware it is also possible to watch new video services, including the NOS Video service. Below are the full release notes for version 3.10:

The main features in version 3.10:

• View photos in a grid
  The thumbnail images of photos below [Foto] are now displayed in a grid.
• Link function for Facebook
  You can now share information about things like trophies you’ve earned and content you’ve purchased from PlayStation Store via Facebook.
• Settings
  The PlayStation Network login ID and password are now added as items using [Standaardinstellingen herstellen] can be deleted
  [Polski] is under [Systeeminstellingen] > [Systeemtaal] added.
• friends
  You can now change your profile screen background color
• New and improved features in the PlayStation Store
  The PlayStation Store Video Store is now available in Germany, France, Spain and the United Kingdom. You can now download video content for free or for a fee from PlayStation Store. You can also rent content to play for a limited time.

Remark:

• This system software update includes all the features of the previous versions.
• The new system software will save all settings previously entered in the PlayStation 3 system.
• Depending on the software title, you may not be able to play the content until you install the new software.
