Download PassMark PerformanceTest 7.0 build 1010

PassMark Software, known for BurnInTest and WirelessMon, among others, has released version 7.0 build 1010 of PerformanceTest. This program allows a computer running Windows 2000 or higher to be subjected to a series of benchmarks. In 28 tests, the six main groups, namely the processor, 2D graphics, 3D graphics, hard disk, memory and CD/DVD drive, are tested as objectively as possible and graphically compared to a number of other systems. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 7.0 build 1010:

• Fixed bug showing Windows 7 baselines as Vista baselines in baseline selection window
• Allowed full results to be generated on DX10 systems without 4x AA
• Fixed program crashing when loading pre version 6 baselines
• Improved identification of some newer ATI Graphics Cards
• Added description of /p option to help file

Changes in version 7.0 build 1009:

• Improved CPU Information gathering, in particular for the core i5
• Also improved CPU speed detection
• Fixed issue in Win7 when using multiple monitors and running the 3D tests
• Added i5 to list of CPUs in advanced baseline search window
• Updated help file with better CPU test descriptions and correct 2D scripting commands

Changes in version 7.0 build 1008:

• Better core detection for i5 Processor
• Better DDR3 detection
• Better warning message for a known issue with complex full screen 3D test on Win7 with dual monitors
