Download Firmware Popcorn Hour C-200 02-01-091008-19-POP-408 Beta

Syabas Technology has released an update for last week’s beta release of a new firmware for the Popcorn Hour C-200. This so-called Networked Media Tank can play audio and video from the optional hard disk. But the device can also be used without a hard disk, because content can then be streamed from a NAS system or a computer. Updating the firmware can be done by extracting the zip file to the root of a USB memory stick and then browsing to the file ‘usbupdate.html’ from the menu. There is no need to update the nmt apps. Firmware 02-01-091008-19-POP-408 no new Apps

02-01-091008-19-POP-408 is just a little update to 02-01-091007-19-POP-408 firmware, it fixes some small issues we found in 02-01-091007-19-POP-408, this release will get released by next week on popcornhour.com and also over online Update, because our Penang Office has today holiday i decided to release it in here now.

This Firmware passed a full QA Test and all degradations we found compared to 090904 are in this fix now, anyway this has nothing new in so don’t expect many fixes!

Next beta for beta testers with many fixes and new stuff is planned for the comming week, but this won’t be public!
