The Witcher 3 Complete Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019
Nintendo announced a Switch version of The Witcher 3 Complete Edition at E3 in Los Angeles. The game, including all DLC, should be released for Nintendo’s console in 2019. The third installment of the Witcher series originally came out in 2015.
Nintendo showed a short trailer of the Switch version during the Nintendo Direct livestream, with the text that the complete edition should be released this year. So that’s the base game, including the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansion packs and all released DLC. It is not yet known when the game for the Nintendo Switch should be released on the market in 2019.
The Witcher 3 was released in 2015 for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A year later, a Game of the Year version was released, also with all the expansion packs and DLC. The voice actor of the main character from The Witcher 3 hinted at a Switch port of the game earlier this month, but so far developer CD Projekt Red and Nintendo have not released anything about the possible port.
