Download WinFF 1.1
FFmpeg is a cross-platform audio and video framework for recording, converting and streaming audio and video. It is therefore often used as the back-end for audio and video players. WinFF is a frontend for this application and despite its name it works under Linux and Windows. It is written in the Free Pascal and Lazarus programming languages, and is released under the gpl license. The developers have released version 1.1 along with the following announcement:

WinFF 1.1 has been released today. The Windows Installer is available. Linux too follow shortly. Thanks to Alex Klepatsch for the new icons and logo. Each preset now remembers the output folder last used, so your Ipod files can always go to one place and your Neuros OSD to another. Fixed importing presets from the command line. Added a nice new chunk of presets including Nokia, Iphone, Google’s Andriod, Sony Walkman, high quality mpeg4, and others. Thanks to the Synthgunt project, JNavas, and others for the new presets. Updated the Windows installer to FFmpeg svn r18709. Thanks to Chung Yu for Updated Chinese
