A benchmark has appeared online of a phone that identifies itself as Galaxy Xcover 4, with the model number G390F. It would be a sturdy phone with extra protection, with a quad-core soc from Samsung’s Exynos line.

The Xcover series features a drop-resistant design with rubber on the sides and back, while the phones are water and dustproof. The most recent phone in this series is the Xcover 3 from 2015.

According to the page at GFXBench, the latest addition to the series would have a 4.8″ screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The soc would be an Exynos 7570, with four 14nm Cortex A53 cores made at 1.4GHz and an ARM Mali T720 GPU.

Samsung has not yet announced the phone. The first logical moment for this is the telecom fair Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, which starts in a week and a half.
