Mojang Announces December Update for Minecraft Console Versions
The console versions of Minecraft will receive an update in December, which will give them a number of features that have already appeared on the PC. Developer Mojang brings new enemies, building blocks and stuff.
The upcoming updates are posted on Mojang’s blog. The developer promises that the update will be released for consoles late in December. This concerns the PlayStation 4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Vita and the Wii U. The innovations seem to be mainly intended to bring features to the console that were already available on the PC.
According to Mojang, it is the biggest update of this year. Not all new features have been announced yet, but the developer has mentioned a number of things. Elytra, End Cities, End Ships, Chorus Plants, Chorus Flowers and Purpur blocks are coming to the console. Furthermore, after the update it will be possible to use Dragon’s Breath to create Lingering Potions.
