Rumor: Microsoft Surface all-in-one coming in October

Microsoft will hold an event at the end of October where a new device under the Surface brand will be shown. It probably concerns three Surface all-in-one PCs with 21, 24 and 27″ screens.

There is a good chance that the devices will also find their way to consumers in October, according to reports from All About Microsoft that say that an event is planned from Microsoft at the end of October. Rumors about the existence of a Surface PhD surfaced at the beginning of July.

The code name of the new Surface is Cardinal. The Surface Cardinal should act as ‘a studio’ on the desk. All About Microsoft concludes from this that it concerns the aforementioned PhD students. According to previous reports, the 21-inch PhD student would have a full-HD screen and the bigger brothers would both have a 4k screen.

Rumor has it that there would also be a new version of the Surface Book. This would have a hinge that leaves no gap as is the case with the current versions. Presumably, the new Surface Book has an Intel Kaby Lake processor.
