Pictures may show controller for Samsung Gear VR

A Czech site has posted images and details online of what appears to be a controller for Samsung’s VR headset Gear VR. The controller has, among other things, a joystick and connects to a telephone via bluetooth.

The images that Mobilmania has published show logos from both Oculus and Samsung. Oculus makes much of the software for the Gear VR. In addition to the joystick, the controller contains physical buttons with X, Y, A and B. The controller also has shoulder buttons.

The controller fits in the Gear VR where the phone is during use to be able to take it with you. It is therefore obvious that the controller is approximately the same size as the devices that fit in it, such as the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge+ and S7.

Mobilmania does not know when and at what price Samsung would like to release the controller. Samsung previously released a GamePad controller.
