Download SRWare Iron 90

Version 90 of SRWare Iron has been released. This browser is based on the source code of Google Chrome, but then without miscellaneous things that may invade the user’s privacy. For example, during installation, Google Chrome creates a unique number with which the browser can be identified and information is sent to Google for Google Suggest. Iron doesn’t do this. Downloads are available for Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android, although not all platforms have the same version number. The changelog for this release looks like this:

New Iron Version: 90.0.4600.0 Stable for Windows

We released the new Iron 90 today, which contains all features and updates known from Chromium 90. The current version is 90.0.4600.0.

Main improvements:

• FLOC disabled
• Performance improvements
• Address bar will use https:// by default
• Minor improvements
• Bug/Security fixes

• For sync, please follow these instructions.
• WebRTC can be disabled with this extension.

• To disable the searchbox on New-Tab, extract this file to the Iron Folder.
