Simyo adjusts bundle prices and gives extra MBs to existing customers
Simyo will adjust the prices of some of its bundles next month. Call and SMS bundles are getting more expensive, while internet bundles are getting cheaper. For existing customers who extend their contract for a year, Simyo comes with extra MBs.
Simyo has posted an overview of the upcoming changes in the bundles on his website. The bundles for the cheapest bundles for calling and texting, with 100, 200 and 300 calling minutes or texts respectively, will be 1 euro per month more expensive, with a price of 5, 6 and 7 euros. The bundles for 500 and 1250 calling minutes or text messages do not change in price. The new prices will take effect on November 2.
The bundles are actually cheaper for mobile internet. This concerns the more expensive bundles with respectively 1000, 2000 and 4000MB of data. Here too, the price difference is again 1 euro per month, which means that the prices are now 9, 14 and 24 euros. The bundles with 200MB and 500MB are not adjusted.
Nothing changes for existing customers unless they change their bundles. Customers have been notified by email that they can get additional MBs on renewal: with each internet bundle, 50 percent of extra data per month is given over the contract period. Anyone who extends before November 2 will still pay the old price during the contract year, although it may pay off for some customers to adjust the bundles just after the price changes.
