Download HC encoder 0.21

Yesterday version 0.21 of the free MPEG2 encoder HC Encoder was released. This encoder works well alone or in combination with programs like DVD ReBuilder. HC Encoder is growing in popularity, as it can compete with expensive programs such as Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE) in terms of speed and quality. And if you know that HC Encoder is released as freeware, then of course the choice is made quickly. New in this release is support for the SSSE3instruction set, such as that found in Intel’s Core 2 processor. The full changelog of this release shows the following changes:
