Mozilla Thunderbird 52.8.0

The Mozilla Foundation has released version 52.8.0 of Thunderbird. Mozilla Thunderbird is an open source client for e-mail and newsgroups, with features such as support for various mail and news accounts, a spam filter, spell check and a customizable appearance. In Thunderbird, new functionality is rarely added. New in version 52 is, among other things, that images are now added as data uri’s in messages. Furthermore, there is now a selection menu that can quickly change the way folders are displayed. In addition, in Lightning it is now possible to edit events in tabs. Several security issues have been fixed in this update.
