Inspection authorities have revealed the arrival of a Lenovo smartphone with the name Motorola G7 Power and a battery with a capacity of 5000mAh. The dimensions of the phone are also known, but other details are not clear.

The Thai NBTC and the American FCC have both approved the Moto G7 Power, with type number XT1955. The NBTC gave away the name, while the FCC released more details and a photo, Nashville Chatter reports. The photo shows the back of the device, with the same design as the Moto G6 and a single camera.

The specs also state that the device will be 159x76mm in size, with a screen that is likely to have a diagonal of around 6.2”. The thickness of the device is unknown. The phone will run on Android 9.0 Pie upon release, according to the information. The soc is presumably a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632.

According to previous rumors, the Moto G7 series consists of four models: in addition to the G7 itself, it is a G7 Play, G7 Plus and this Power variant. The name refers to the relatively high battery capacity. It is unknown when Lenovo would like to present the successors of the Motorola Moto G6 smartphones. Previous generations came out in the spring, but current approvals indicate that the G7 will be released earlier in the year. Inspections usually take place in the last months before release.
