Download BootXP 2.25 RC1

The latest version of BootXP has been released on Warp2Search, RC1 of version 2.25 that is. For anyone who can’t remember: BootXP adjusts the boot screen of Windows XP or 2k. For more information you can here looking around. This version of the program includes the following changes:

• Fully compatible with palette change and progress bar reposition in Service Pack 1 Kernel.
• Now will “zero index” the Bitmap palette to avoid display problems at boot time.
• Fixed a starting bug that hung BootXP at startup and keep it wasting 90% of CPU time.
• Fixed a Shareware Window bug when clicked in “Click Now”.
• Now the BootXP window is resizable.
• Now if you have selected the option of change the boot screen automatically when the system starts BootXP will automatically exit after do it (for zero footprint).
