Anonymous: 32223 reports that a new version of Licq is available. Licq is an ICQ clone for Linux, among others, based on the QT widget set. The changelog tells us that the following things have changed:

• Automake 1.4 will work properly.
• Installs utilities, sounds, and translations for the daemon.
• Installs skins and icons for Qt plugin.
