Photo probably shows the front of three new iPhone models
A photo has appeared that probably shows the front of the three iPhones that Apple will present this year. The image shows that the 6.1″ model with LCD will have thicker screen edges than the 5.8″ and 6.4″ versions with an OLED screen.
The photo that shows the front of the three devices is put on Twitter by Ben Geskin, which more often publishes information about phones that have not yet been announced. It would be screen sizes of 5.8″, 6.1″ and 6.5″. Based on the fronts, Geskin also made a render that should show what the iPhones would look like.
The largest and smallest model have relatively thin screen edges. Those would be the versions with an OLED panel; presumably those devices will be named iPhone X and iPhone X Plus. The third model is the regular iPhone and it would have a 6.1 “LCD. All versions have a notch at the top of the screen.
Rumors and indications about the arrival of three iPhones this year, one of which has an LCD, have been around for a long time. The appearance of the photo with the front of the three devices seems to reinforce the previous messages. Apple usually announces its new iPhone models in September.
According to an analyst, the iPhone X Plus with 6.5-inch screen will be the most expensive model and will cost about a thousand dollars, equal to that of the current smaller iPhone X. The cheapest model with LCD would cost seven hundred dollars.
